To Obtain a Superload permit, you need the following:
A shippers letter confirming the contract to the carrier, pick up and delivery address as well
as a confirmation of dimensions and weights.
An application for all states the load will
be crossing with the following information
and a drawing:
1. Company name, address, and phone number.
2. Customer numbers for states:
KYU, TX MCR or UCR, LA, FID, DOT, ICC, NY
3. Individual axle weights
4. Axle spacings
5. Overall length
6. Tire sizes
7. Number of tires per axle
8. Total gross weight
9. A copy of your Accord Certificate of Liability
Your company must have an active Escrow Account
or use a credit card. if you use a credit card
we are charged 7% of the total bill on our bill, by
the credit card companies.
Unfortunately,we must then pass this onto the customer.
